Entry Level Staff Auditor

Work Location (San Diego)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process month-end balancing and journal entries
• General Ledger analysis of accounts
• Testing of system wide controls
• Manipulation of data bases for the purposes of gathering information and choosing statistical samples
• Preparation of financial statements
  

Qualifications and requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Undergraduate degree with sufficient course work to achieve CPA certification upon passing examination is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to self motivate and work independently
• Must be able to travel to various client sites locally and out-of-state
